Pantheon Ember Review – Commuter Longboard in a Mini Cruiser Package

The Ember is the skateboarder’s longboard. At 32.75 inches long and 8.5 inches wide, it is nearly the same size as a street deck. It uses street trucks, also known as traditional kingpin (TKP) trucks, and fits huge wheels, wheelbite free. It will stuff in most lockers or under your desk with ease. This makes the Ember just about the best commuter longboard possible for short to mid-distance rides. And it’s hardly any larger than your average mini cruiser! The Ember is the utilitarian mini cruiser longboard that you never knew existed. It makes so much sense that it will absolutely become a premier staple in your longboard quiver.

We also wrote a blog about why the Ember is the best mini cruiser in the world. We are confident in saying that, because it is noticeably different than any other out there. Read here:

Evan Wheeler says:

Jeff, what bearings are you using on this board and would you recommend using a .06 riser for the top truck mount?

I just ordered my Ember from your website and am really looking forward to building it up. Got my Paris 149mm and kegels ready to go!

I’m down to 225lbs from 430lbs+ and dying to be able to finally ride a longboard. I wanna save up for one but I’m afraid I’m too heavy for some still at my new weight. I love the double drop as I live in a wide street city.. I’m just afraid it might be too low for my weight? I really can’t afford to risk the money. How do I know what wood to look for

slipperysloop says:

What trucks are those?
